This painting depicts the 26 foot tall sculpture by Seward Johnson that graces the entrance to the Palm Springs Museum of Art in Palm Springs, CA. The sculpture depicts her famous scene above the subway grates in the classic movie “Some Like it Hot.”

The original work was done in acrylic on canvas.

Canvas Giclee print is printed on archival cotton/polyester blend canvas, hand sprayed with a satin UV coating and stretched on 1-1/2″ stretcher bars. Each canvas is signed and numbered on the back.
