“The Palace” is a legendary destination in Prescott, Arizona. It i,s in fact, the oldest saloon in Arizona. It opened in the 1890s and was frequented by Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday and other outlaws. In 1900, The Palace burned down in a fire, but not to be detoured, the patrons carried the immense wooden bar across the street to the Courthouse Square and continued drinking. The original bar is still in The Palace Restaurant and Saloon today.
The original work was done in acrylic on canvas.
Canvas Giclee print is printed on archival cotton/polyester blend canvas, hand sprayed with a satin UV coating and stretched on 1-1/2″ stretcher bars. Each canvas is signed and numbered on the back.
